How the Custom House Plan Process works:

1. Initial Consultation where we sit down and discuss what you want from your custom home plan.
2. Down Payment of $300 for preliminary drawings which include Front Elevation and Floor Plan
3. We create your preliminary drawings for you to review
4. Second Consultation to review preliminary house plan and make any changes

6. Third Consultation to review completed plans and go over all the details.
